Abdullah Khalayleh

OpenDevEd

Brief info

Role: I’m part of the Hub’s engagement team. I’m supporting the development of an executive education program for digital transformation in education and providing technical assistance to local stakeholders in Pakistan. I’m also helping out with our Lebanon Sandbox on WhatsApp messaging for refugee children.

Background: Most of my work has been focused on education and EdTech policymaking in the Middle East. I worked with PwC as a public sector and education consultant in Dubai, before moving to educational research and program development at the Queen Rania Foundation in Jordan. I’m particularly interested in introducing agile practices to policy making and program development. I have a BA in International Relations from Brown University.

Fun Fact: I spend more time than I’d like to admit reading (listening to) fantasy (audio) books.
