Role: I am on the Helpdesk Management Team. That means I coordinate short-term, discrete requests from decision-makers about how to use technology in education. I also manage assignments and activities for the Hub’s Specialist Network.
Background: Before joining the Hub, I worked at the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard and consulted for the Eswatini Ministry of Education on distance education programming. I previously worked in management consulting on a number of digital strategy, healthcare, and education projects. I have a Master’s in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
