Brief info

Role: I work on the Hub's engagement in Tanzania. This involves providing technical assistance to the government in the area of EdTech-supported teacher professional development. Beyond Tanzania, I work across the Hub's TPD focus area, generating evidence on how EdTech can support TPD in low- and middle-income countries at scale.

Background: I have a BA in Human, Social and Political Sciences and an MPhil in Education, Globalisation and International Development from the University of Cambridge. I've previously worked with the UN Human Rights Council and the Queen Rania Foundation for Education and Development, and I'm primarily interested in education in emergencies.

Fun fact: I once got stranded on the outside of an island in Tanzania in the middle of a storm. I ended up with around 20 scars, a bunch of stitches, and a great story to tell.
