Role: I lead the EdTech Hub’s Sandbox approach, supporting teams to test and grow EdTech interventions, and share what we’re learning with the world. I’m passionate about the appropriateness and ethics of different technologies in solving the global learning crisis.

Background: I worked for two years at the Frontier Technologies Hub, working with partners to apply new technologies like drones, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and electric vehicles to entrenched challenges. Before that, I worked in corporate strategy and innovation at a large professional services company.

Fun Fact: I was born in Pakistan, and moved to the UK aged 11. My dream as a child - to become a professional cricketer (of course!).
