Role: I am working with the hub as a Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Adaptation officer. As a MELA officer, I work across the hub to understand the data requirements, design systems for collecting this information, analyzing it and putting out the insights for decision making!

Background: Engineer turned development professional, I have a post-graduate degree in Rural Management from IRMA. Have a keen interest and specialization in data, data systems and technology for development. Have worked in designing and implementing large-scale technology driven MELA systems since 2014. A newly developed proponent of societal platform thinking, I have also been involved in development of a platform for rural producers to connect them to the market and increase incomes.
