Role: I help education implementers go from idea to impact by asking them lots of questions. Through our Sandbox partnerships, I collaborate with innovators to test, reflect, and iterate on their interventions, always keeping an eye on users’ needs and experience, focusing on the most marginalized learners, and supporting educators to excel. 

Background: I specialize in evaluation and adaptive learning, applying right-fit data collection methods and analysis to improve education quality. I also manage the Center for Education Innovations, working to catalyze collaboration and learning among promising education initiatives.
