Additional Funding Available: Call for Research Proposals – EdTech responses to Covid-19

We are excited to announce that there is now increased funding available for projects through our Call for Research Proposals: EdTech responses to Covid-19, which closes on Friday 27th November 2020.

As part of this window, additional funding, up to a total value of £50k, may be available to a small number of applications, particularly where they allow for comparison sites as part of the research. We expect the majority of awards still to be smaller and made to proposals in the £10-£25k region.

If your research aligns with our specification below, we would love to hear from you. Further information, including full eligibility criteria and how to apply, is available on our webpage.

Additionally, if you know any researchers or research projects that could be interested in applying, please share our webpage with your networks or get in touch at hello@edtechhub.org (Subject: C19 RESEARCH CALL).

Projects:

  • must be empirically-based and related to the role of EdTech in the immediate Covid-19 response and/or recovery
  • must focus on and be undertaken in one of these countries: Bangladesh, Ghana, Kenya, Pakistan, Sierra Leone, Tanzania
  • must relate to one or more of the Hub’s three main thematic research areas (Systems, Teachers, Learners)
