Event: EdTech Hub at the ADEA Triennale 2025

Exploring the role of EdTech in strengthening education systems across Africa

From 29 to 31 October 2025, EdTech Hub is pleased to participate in the 2025 ADEA Triennale on Education, taking place in Accra, Ghana. The Triennale is one of Africa’s leading forums for policy dialogue, peer learning, and the exchange of insights and best practices from context-specific education experiences.

This year, the Triennale reflects on the progress made since 2022 and considers how recent developments are shaping the future of education in Africa. Highlights include the African Union declaring 2024 the Year of Education for Africa and launching the Decade of Accelerated Education (2025–2034), signaling a renewed commitment to improving learning outcomes across the continent. Discussions will focus on leveraging evidence, technology, and innovative strategies to strengthen foundational learning, skills development, and higher education.

At EdTech Hub, we will share evidence and insights from our work on how digital tools can support foundational learning, teacher professional development, inclusive access, and resilient education systems. By exploring what works and what does not, we aim to help policymakers, educators, and funders make evidence-informed decisions that improve learning outcomes and ensure no learner is left behind.
