Before you reach for a tool or a use case, get specific about what you’re trying to change, for which teachers, and how you’ll know it worked.
This step walks through naming your vision, identifying the real barriers in your context, and turning both into a testable if-then hypothesis – the same exercise that shaped all three Teachers-in-the-Lead Sandboxes.
Step 2: Learn from the evidence
You are almost certainly not the first team to try this. This step organises what’s already known about teacher-facing AI across three horizons – Upgrade, Disrupt, and Transform – so you can see what has worked elsewhere, what risks and opportunities exist, and where the evidence is still thin.
