Bio
I bring over 10 years’ experience in organisational leadership, strategic planning and global education systems, alongside 12 years of international consulting focused on public policy and curriculum development. I also have 15 years’ teaching experience across international education systems worldwide.
My work is grounded in rigorous analysis and meaningful engagement with a wide range of stakeholders, from school communities to ministries of education and senior decision-makers across Europe, Latin America, the United States, West Asia and Africa.
I am a native Portuguese speaker, fluent in German and English, with advanced knowledge of French and Spanish. I hold a PhD in Education and consider myself a lifelong learner. Throughout my career, I have led multidisciplinary teams of up to 68 people. My colleagues would describe me as an empathetic leader who leads with vision, transparency and a strong commitment to delivering meaningful, lasting impact.
