I lead the Southeast Asia Helpdesk Portfolio under the ASEAN-UK SAGE Programme at EdTech Hub. As an education policy specialist, my cross-regional experience spans South and South-East Asia, Africa and Europe. Previously, I have worked with the World Bank on early childhood education and education financing in West Africa and South Asia, and with UNESCO on education in emergencies.
My experience also includes engaging global teacher unions through Education International in Europe and shaping large-scale distance learning strategies in Pakistan. My work bridges research, strategy and systems change, covering EdTech ecosystems, out-of-school children and youth (OOSCY), teacher professional development, data systems and wider public sector reform development.
